Or, to calculate in pounds and inches, use the Imperial Formula:
Your weight in pounds divided by your height in inches squared x 703 …
So just take your height… say you are 5 feet 7 inches in height…multiply feet by 12 = 60 inches plus 7 = 67 inches..so multiply this number by itself 67 x 67 = 4,489…
so your weight = 145 …
So 145 divided by 4,489 x 703 = 22.70 BMI…
