Absolutely Yes!
There are menopause tests for the symptoms available online…and they WORK!
Quite often, a woman in her 30’s or 40’s is experiencing one or more health problems and wonders – it this related to early signs of menopause or what? It’s a natural and logical question that’s become much easier to answer for yourself. So what to test that can provide information that’s relevant?
You may begin to experience symptoms such as PMS, loss of energy, unexplained weight gain, hot flashes or night sweats, for example. The levels of a woman’s two primary hormones – estrogen and progesterone – in the body can affect ones health dramatically and can result in early stages of menopause and resulting symptoms.
There are hormone tests available in most USA states that help you identify these crucial hormone levels so that you can have an informed discussion with your health care professional about managing any symptoms you may have.
Did you also know that there are several factors that can indicate what’s wrong and what to do about it. First of all, early signs of menopause are not an illness but a natural process for a woman’s body.
Certain symptoms are simply indications of underlying hormonal imbalances or metabolic damage from poor nutrition, stress and other factors. You may feel like you’re the only woman to experience symptoms, but NOT SO!
The hormone saliva test is more accurate, less painful, cost less, quicker and you can do it YOURSELF at home! In fact, the World Health Organization has endorsed the hormone saliva test as the preferred way to check hormone levels.
For a woman, if you’re still having your periods and want to test your progesterone levels, take your hormone saliva test sample on the 21st day of your cycle, counting from the first day of menstruation.
This time is in the middle of when you’ll be producing progesterone, assuming you ovulated.
Since progesterone levels are usually very high 2 or 3 days after ovulation, it is a good idea to check your hormone levels around the day 18 to 21 of the menstrual month (counting as day #1 the first day of your previous menstrual period).
If the levels found are very low at that time, you may be sure that you are not ovulating that month – this means your body’s progesterone levels are low. If you’re not menstruating, you are NOT ovulating or producing progesterone, so you can take your hormone saliva test sample any time.
Another female hormone that you should check is the estrogen ‘estradiol’. Estradiol is the most potent of the body’s estrogens (the other two estrogens being estrone and estriol) and there are negative health consequences associated with elevated levels of this hormone.
Here is a popular hormone test kit for checking the levels of these two hormones:

The demands put on the body may not be supported with a nutritious diet, sufficient exercise and quality sleep.
This IMBALANCE between ‘Demands’ and ‘Support Given’ is what gives rise to the many symptoms such as PMS, hot flashes, insomnia, fatigue, weight gain, loss of sex drive, thyroid problems, adrenal exhaustion, fibroids and accelerated aging that women are experiencing.
Use the hormone test above to see where your levels are that may indicate one of these important hormones is too high or too low, causing unpleasant health symptoms.
